One of our most favorite shows is CBS's How I Met Your Mother. Neil Patrick Harris (formerly Doogie) is my favorite part of the show. He steals nearly every scene he's in. Yesterday he was nominated for an Emmy for supporting actor in a comedy. Well deserved. In other Emmy news, Friday Night Lights, in my opinion the best show on television, didn't get much Emmy love. That's a shame, some Emmy publicity may have raised it's profile among non-viewers. As it stands, I have some troubling feelings that it might not make it through it's entire second season next year.
